Take a look at our menu and make one for yourself too. Just note a couple things:
Lead time: YOURmories are custom made and will take approximately 12 to 15 business days to make, polish and dry (excluding the shipping time). Please consider the time when you place your order. Rush orders are an additional $10.
Payment & Prices: Tags will be made after payment, and we will contact you once your order has been placed. We take bank transfer, or Singapore’s PayNow/ PayLah! Base prices are indicated in each post, or story sale.
Shipping: Once the YOURmories are shipped we will send a confirmation photo, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please confirm your address details before finalising your order. Local shipping with orders greater than $50 is FREE! International shipping is available, please message for the details.
Singpost Normal Mail:
3-5 working days, no tracking, $2
SmartPac:
2-3 working days, with tracking, flat rate of $4
Cleaning: Clean them with soap and warm water only. Do NOT use abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or boiling water. Do not leave them near high heat or in direct sunlight. It’s best to leave them in your sock drawer, or wrapped in cloth in a safe area.
Durability: Resin is quite durable, but they can and will scratch when deliberately mishandled. If you have furries that like to chomp, please monitor them closely. The hook and clasps are made of metals but they are not as strong, please refrain from violently tugging, biting, stepping, or throwing the tags. Please do not hook your leash onto the tags.
